Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between IDEAL OUTFIT and any person making a purchase on our website.
1. Introduction
The customer expressly waives their own terms and conditions, even if they were drawn up after these terms and conditions of sale. To be valid, any departure must be expressly agreed in writing in advance.
2. Products
All products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are in euros and include applicable VAT.
4. Payment
Our invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice or order. If payment is not received by the due date, IDEAL OUTFIT reserves the right to charge fixed interest of 10% of the outstanding amount. IDEAL OUTFIT may suspend any provision of services without notice in the event of late payment.
Payment is secure and may be made by bank card, PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that a bank-transfer transaction will be validated only once the funds have been received in our account. Proof of transfer does not validate the transaction.
If a payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, IDEAL OUTFIT reserves the right to use a debt collection company. All legal costs will be borne by the customer.
Some countries apply withholding tax to invoice amounts under their domestic legislation. The customer must pay any withholding tax to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances may IDEAL OUTFIT be held responsible for costs arising from a country’s legislation. The full invoice amount therefore remains payable to IDEAL OUTFIT and does not include costs arising from the legislation of the country in which the customer is located.
5. Delivery
We deliver our products within the times indicated when the order is placed. Delays may nevertheless occur due to factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return or exchange a product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
7. Data protection
Your personal data is protected and will be used only in connection with your order. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
8. Liability
IDEAL OUTFIT undertakes to use its best efforts to provide effective services within the agreed times. However, none of its obligations may be regarded as an obligation to achieve a specific result. IDEAL OUTFIT may under no circumstances be held liable by the customer as a third party in connection with any claim for damages brought against the customer by an end consumer.
To be admissible, any claim must be notified to IDEAL OUTFIT by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to its registered office within 8 days of delivery of the goods or provision of the services.
